In this Guided meditation and relaxation class I will be guiding you through various different types of meditation – from Yoga Nidra, mindful meditation, visualisation etc. Perfect if you’d like to explore the benefits of meditation but also allowing you to gain more knowledge and insight into starting your own meditation practice. This class can be done either seated on the floor or in a chair.
