In this meditation class I will be showing you some gentle stretches to allow you to settle more comfortably, self meditation techniques, and meditation. Perfect if you’d like to explore the benefits of meditation but also allowing you to gain more knowledge and insight into starting your own meditation practice. This class can be done either seated on the floor or in a chair.

Stress is so prevalent at the moment – in this workshop you will be learning techniques to help alleviate the signs and symptoms of stress.

This three hour workshop is perfect if you would like to take control of your stress, we will cover how stress affects the body, simple but effective techniques to help you counter those symptoms.

It will include some gentle yoga – no experience needed as well as some meditation.
