I teach small classes so you feel that you can have the close attention you need. I offer trauma sensitive mindful yoga so I give you a chance of building your own practice and gain confidence in a small and safe environment.

Yoga is not about creating shapes or becoming a pretzel, the yoga physical practice is an essential in order to help the body achieve balance but the underlying goal is to help with meditation and mindfulness. I teach with compassion and care to ensure that you can enjoy the benefits of yoga in a safe place.

NEW CLASS

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a flowing physical practise. Incorporating a wide variety of yoga poses, a regular practise builds fitness, releases tension, strengthens joints and muscles, prevents injury and invites mental calm. 

Kate has been teaching yoga in London since 2014. She teaches a breath-led, dynamic practise to create a moving meditation. Kate uses clear alignment and anatomical cues, and brings to her classes enthusiasm, experience and warmth. With modifications to suit all energy levels and experience, this class is available to ALL LEVELS including beginners.  

Please make Kate aware of any injuries, concerns or pregnancies before each class. 

Bookings are mandatory to attend.

Friday Night Yin Yoga @ Totally Holistic Health
Dec 6 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Yin Yoga is a much more slow-paced, meditative style of yoga with postures held for longer periods of time for 3 to 5 minutes. This helps improve flexibility by releasing the body’s connective tissues including the tendons, fascia, and ligaments. It is particularly useful to release the joints in the hips, pelvis and lower spine. It is also incredibly relaxing.

Yin can be challenging because we are holding the postures for long periods.

Yin helps to unblock energy channels and offers a deep release and sense of letting go. This brings about a sense of peace and harmony.
This will be followed by a wonderful Yoga Nidra meditation.
This is the ultimate in relaxation allowing your body to release and ease itself into the weekend.
Booking is essential as classes are small.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
