Menopause can be a time of confusion, physical and emotional ups and downs in a woman’s life – but it need not be. In this workshop I’ll be looking at natural methods to help alleviate the symptoms and help to balance the hormones.
In this workshop we will be looking at techniques to energetically correct any hormone imbalances – one size doesn’t fit all so you will discover techniques that you can use yourself to help alleviate the symptoms.
After this I will be sharing a lovely relaxing yoga practice with you and breath techniques that can also help some of the emotional symptoms that are experienced.
No Yoga experience is needed.
