Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a flowing physical practise. Incorporating a wide variety of yoga poses, a regular practise builds fitness, releases tension, strengthens joints and muscles, prevents injury and invites mental calm.
Kate has been teaching yoga in London since 2014. She teaches a breath-led, dynamic practise to create a moving meditation. Kate uses clear alignment and anatomical cues, and brings to her classes enthusiasm, experience and warmth. With modifications to suit all energy levels and experience, this class is available to ALL LEVELS including beginners.
