I thought as everyone was sitting at home, potentially with some extra time on their hands, I would start sharing some resources that I thought you may enjoy or find useful.

Here is a lovely meditation that may help you relieve some of the worry, anxiety and stress that I know a lot of people (including myself) are going through.

It’s just a simple guided meditation – about 10 minutes long to help you relax a bit more.  I hope you enjoy it.
