Live Streamed Classes are perfect if you are unsure about attending yet – are isolating or live further away! If you are self isolating then this is the ideal time to start your yoga journey. Classes are suitable for beginners and I offer a variety of classes through the week including Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga.

Yoga is the ideal antidote to all the stress and worry that is around at the moment. Each time I have kinesiology I find out something different that benefits me. Today after my treatment I feel calmer and more in control of my emotions as well as having really clear sinus.
