Introduction to Cold Water Therapy Workshop

This is an Introduction to Cold Water Therapy.
- Each session incorporates an introduction to how Cold Water Therapy works,
- Breath-work and Meditation while we prepare for the Cold.
- Importance of understanding what happens to the body’s physiology when we dip into the cold.
- Dangers of Cold Water therapy and What to look for;
- How to warm up safely;
- Individual support whilst entering the cold and support after coming out.
- Tea/Coffee and Cake

I am a multi disciplined therapist – with over 16 years experience. I pride myself in being able to offer a wide variety of options to treat your mind, body and soul! Yoga
Yoga is the ideal antidote to all the stress and worry that is around at the moment. Yoga is not about creating shapes or becoming a pretzel, the yoga physical practice is an essential in order to help the body achieve balance but the underlying goal is to help with relieve stress and all the body. And now ALL my classes are online so no matter where you live you are MOST welcome to join us.
Each time I have kinesiology I find out something different that benefits me. Today after my treatment I feel calmer and more in control of my emotions as well as having really clear sinus. I booked the appointment because I thought I had an allergy that was blocking my sinuses. I came out learning I had reverse adrenal fatigue which Julie treated and has now cleared my sinuses!! As always a fantastic session, Julie really does have magic healing powers 🙏🙏
