Yoga is the ideal antidote to all the stress and worry that is around at the moment. Yoga is not about creating shapes or becoming a pretzel, the yoga physical practice is an essential in order to help the body achieve balance but the underlying goal is to help with relieve stress and all the body. Each time I have kinesiology I find out something different that benefits me. Today after my treatment I feel calmer and more in control of my emotions as well as having really clear sinus.
