Hopefully dear friends we are all coping well. Just been thinking about that last 4/5 weeks and how surreal it all feels still! I’m missing all my lovely therapy clients, the lovely warmth of our group yoga classes (online yoga is amazing trust me but not the same as that lovely ambience and connection we get as a physical class). I love and miss all that!!
