In these strange times I’m not sure if it’s just me but time seems to be slowing down! When all this started I was determined that I would use my time wisely, study, read, exercise every day, eat well!! Much like everyone else I guess.   However as the weeks go by it is getting harder. So I don’t exercise every day – except to walk the dog but he is getting old now so isn’t as up for a long walk any more.   At least I am out of the house for a short time.

Exercise wise it tends to be yoga for obvious reasons.   Being a yoga teacher it wouldn’t look right if I abandoned my life saving yoga.  But to exercise everyday has proven really hard when you don’t have the motivation. My bike has been dusted off  recently and I have gone for a bike ride – which I thoroughly enjoyed- I’ll definitely be doing that one again.

I am studying a lot – mostly yoga but also lots of natural health stuff.   Reading – my plans to settle down with a novel has alluded me at the moment!

I won’t even mention the eating well.   I am sure a lot of you are in the same boat.  I have however become more active in the kitchen. It tends to be baking (a not so healthy option) and making meals out of whatever I have in the fridge rather than throwing it away.

In my last blog I focussed on looking at your immune system. I highlighted where your immune system may be weak and how to give it a boost.  This time I am going to be looking at food that will help boost your Immune system.

If you’d like to learn more about foods that boost your immunity – and foods that don’t then why not pop your details below and I’ll send it to you right away.
